Responsible to direct, prepare Arabic, local and Middle East cuisines and determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
Develop recipes and determine how to present the food.
Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
Check freshness of food and ingredients, supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards.
