Assistant Cook

• Ensures all food is prepared fresh and is of the highest quality and maintain tastiness of food produced as per guidelines.

• Carry out pre cooking preparation such as wash, cut and prepare vegetables, fruits, salads, others, and food designated for cooking. Seasoning and cooking a wide variety of foods under the direction of Lead Cook.

• Prepare and serve a la carte orders, sandwiches, coffee and desserts.

• Responsible for food replenishment in a display area during meal service periods, to ensure all chef n dishes are filled with adequate food quantity, the supply of food offered is replenished regularly• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene, be well groomed, and high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety according to company standards

Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School/ Diploma certificate in food production.

Skills

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree in food production. • 1+ years experience in food or culinary services, restaurants, hotels, catering service etc. • Knowledge of cooking technique, Salad Prep, Pasta Prep, Appetizer Prep, Portion Control, Recipe Reading, • Familiar with kitchen equipment, Food product storage • Knowledge of kitchen set-up and hierarchy • Knowledge in hygiene and sanitation standards • Team player, seek learning opportunity to develop knowledge and respect superiors • Fair spoken & written English. • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Cook

• Prepare meals according to designated menu in a consistent manner to prepare soups, Fry, bake, roast , steam , broil and grill , meat , vegetables , fish and others foodstuffs

• Serve menu items in-line with portion sizes and garnishes.

• Add seasoning to recipes during compilation or cooking, according to experience or instruction

• Observe and test food being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piecing with fork to determine that it is cooked.

• Follow the standard Recipe given by head chef

• Carve meat, portion food, add gravies, sauces and garnishes to fill order.

• Use all the equipment in the kitchen correctly & according to specific need of the order.

• Wash , peel , cut and shred vegetables and fruits to prepare them for use

• Assist fellow employees in the kitchen in the execution of their duties

Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School/ Diploma certificate in food production.

Skills

• 1-2 years experience in food or culinary services, restaurants, hotels, catering service etc. • Good cooking and food presentation skills, portion control • Knowledge of cost and stock control. • Knowledge in hygiene standards and health and safety regulations • Team player and good communication skill. • Knowledge of spoken & written English. • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Dietician

• Assisting in menu planning, recipe revision or standardization; helping with record keeping, tracking food preparation supplies and equipment• Support to generate accurate generation of personalized and diet specific menus to inpatients and for the distribution and collation of these.

• Liaising with the Dietitians and Nursing staff regarding patients’ dietary requirements and dietary status to ensure accurate and up to date patient information.
• Processing of menu information, generation of timely tallies and reports for the food and diet production areas.
• Ensuring patients’ dietary records are kept up to date through the available diet ordering system and ensure that patients’ meals are compliant with restrictions.

 

Qualifications

• Diploma or similar course certificate in Dietetics and Nutrition

Skills

• Essential knowledge of proper disposal of food, utensils and plates keeping the hospital sanitary standard • Shall have no less than 3 yrs. of working experience • Must be physically fit and healthy, need to possess a mature, confident and caring manner. The ability to interact well with people from a wide range of backgrounds. • Fluent in English Language

Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise a team composed of operator, technician and maintenance staff responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of potable and waste water facilities.

• Prepares and submit daily, weekly reports, monthly manpower shifting schedule, timesheets and overtime of personnel.

• Prepares, develop and coordinate the execution of time base preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and enhance effectiveness of equipments.

• Ensures that operation and maintenance system records, repairs/replacements, asset specification and detail information and log system events, are properly keep and maintain.

• Develop and update all needed procedures in his working area.

 

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree in Electrical is a must.

Skills

• 5 years experience in /Electrical Maintenance Supervisor field. • Can organize time equipment and materials to complete task related to system operation. • Can effectively evaluate emergency situation and make sound and competent decision. • Extensive knowledge in the management operation and maintenance of the • Can write status reports, memos, operational procedures and employee's evaluation. • Proficient in Computer –MS Office and job related soft wares • Good communication and leadership skills
