Responsible for overall supervision of preparation and service of food and refreshments as well as cleanliness of kitchen and dining premises, to direct and oversee total day to day catering activities to include such duties as selecting and costing menu items, to supervise catering staff, should be able to delegate tasks and provide positive response in a case of crisis such as shortage of food prepared, more participants in a planned event etc. able to work without any Manager present to ensure highest standard of customer care.
